Hi everyone,
I am new to all of this but I would love to hear about anyone else's journey on here...especially if you are using this as an aid after weight loss surgery. My Bypass operation is in 3 days time. I'm very excited...and scared.

    Hi LisaTeacher1. If you click on the magnifying glass at the top of the message boards and search for 'weight loss surgery' you will find some people on the same journey. Best of luck with your surgery! Feel free to add me as a friend.
