I was on Effexor for over a year but, have been off it for a year. Then I was on prednisone for a pinched nerve during the summer, and then got a cortisone shot this past fall. I know these meds definitely caused weight gain, and it has been a struggle to kick the weight ever since I have been on/off of Effexor. Anyone have difficulties losing weight from meds? It has been a real struggle this time around minus the fact I am older, as well.
