Is it okay to exercise in the evening instead of the morning? I'm not sure if it really makes a difference. I started to exercise at night and then I would log it in and have several calories added to my food log that I needed to eat and I didn't want to, So I started exercising before dinner there for I usually eat a decent dinner and have a couple evening snacks. I'm just not sure if this for any reason would make it more difficult to meet my goals. Any advice would be appreciated!

Exercise and eat whenever best suits you and your schedule.0

If everything else says the same, then no... it doesn't matter. If you tend to work out harder/longer in the morning than the evening, then that could affect progress... but it's the increased intensity/duration, not the timing of the workout that matters.0
