OK, 55 years old, male, just started a new home based consulting business that puts me at my desk all day and weighed in the morning at my highest weight ever, 224. Need to take it seriously, my dad died at 57 from heart problems and I know at this weight my bp is quite high so I'm asking for it. Will be dieting with my mini dachshund Schatzi who just came back from the vet at 15.2, needs to be 11 so we will be working on it together. Been as low as 150 in my youth but really would be happy first to get into the 170s, then take it from there.
