Can water affect your weight? I started drinking alot then i started keeping track of food and water a week ago, as well as working out a bit. I have about 10 bottles a day, but can that lead to my weight staying the same? I may just need to workout more and cut calories more but it was just a thought. Either way i feel better after a week of drinking more water.
