anyone know of modified workouts cuz I've got osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in knees and back. My right knee is real bad for the last 3 weeks. Go to specialist next month, so working out is a big problem for me. I mean I'm following diet, staying in my calories limit with 500-600 left sometimes more, and water water water! Need help plz!
