Fast on the go not cold

looking for some fast cook foods that are a better choice. But tired of the cold stuff like yogurt and fruit.

Soup is fast and hot, but obviously not great for on the go (unless you get a pureed soup and drink it out of a travel mug...I like that idea, I might use it myself! Patting myself on the back for that one. )
A rice, bean, and cheese burrito can also be fast and easy to make. Just don't go too crazy on the quantity, especially with the cheese, if you're trying to keep calories or fat on the lower end.
I've made eggs in the microwave before and popped it on a toasted English muffin with cheese. Delicious, fast, and great for on the go!0 -

If you are in a a big hurry, you can skip a meal and eat later. Easier that way sometimes.0

i get these microwavable frozen muffins from the grocery store. they only take about 15-20 seconds and theyre so yummy and low calorie0
