I see all of these posts on here people wanting a quick fix. It doesn't exist. The only way you're going to see the results you want is to put the work in... Every. Damn. Day.

Put the Cupcake down and get to the gym.
Stop making excuses and hold yourself accountable.

You are capable of doing this. Push yourself harder every day. Be better than you were yesterday. If you think you can't well you better damn well convince yourself you can and push even harder.

simple enough?
