I'm going slow and steady here. Plagued by two different injuries has left me with just walking for exercise. Tough when all you want to do is really push yourself. I'm definitely happy with my 4.2 pounds so far But man I'd love to get back do doing Insanity, Running, anything! Just like the weight loss, the recovery needs to be slow and steady too right?

I have multiple chronic illnesses which severely impact my ability to exercise. I have to use a wheelchair part time. So I have to be much more strict about my calorie intake because I know I won't be burning very much off with exercise. It has been extremely difficult to lose any weight, but I have managed to make progress, which has encouraged me to stick with it. Also, I am feeling fairly confident that my dietary changes have become permanent habits. So slow and steady can really work if you can be patient and ease into the heavier activity if/when you're able.0
