Retroactive Fitbit Data Sync with MFP

Hi-
Currently I sync my FitBit One data 2-3 times per day. I would like to reliably reduce my sync schedule to 2-3 days. As I understand, the FitBit device retains data for up to 7 days if the device isn't synced. If I only sync a few days per week, will MFP put the data in the correct days and show my calorie in/out properly on a retroactive basis?
