Hi, I think I'm going to try it. My daughter has lost about 60 lbs, looks great, and her food looks yummy, so I'm in. I lost 114 lbs 10 years ago, and as of now I have regained 80. I need to do something.0

I lost 35 lbs doing it back in 2005. I've gained back 95lbs in the intervening 10 years. Recidivism seems to be high with keto diets, from what I've seen/read.
Read through these forums first before you start something like this. There is so much information, experience, and my favorite science that to let it go to waste would be a shame.
Good luck on your weight loss journey, no matter which road you take!

I've done it and kept the weight off even after reintroducing carbs. I'm currently doing a month or so of low carb with my friends for moral support and to drop some quick water weight before my graduation. I'm going back to calorie counting once I get a few lbs below goal which is about 9 lbs away. Add me if you like.0
