Help!

so I need motivation to actually go to gym. I am pretty good about eating but after a long day the last thing i want to do is go run

Go in the morning. I'm at the gym from 4-5 AM because I know that I would NEVER have the motivation to go after work.0

I trick myself, I cant park my car on the street over night so I do that when I get home from work so I have to move my car eventually and then figure I might as well go to the gym. Or I go right after after work so I don't get all comfy at home and have to leave again.0
