Hi, I'm 5 foot 2 and currently weight 127 lbs. My body fat percentage is 27%. I've lost over a stone and half from my starting weight about this time last year.

From looking on MFP, I think that this number is high. I'm happy with my weight on the scale, but I would love to reduce my body fat. I'm doing 30 Day Shred at the moment to try and tone up a bit and see if that makes any difference to my body fat. I'm into my third week. I've seen about 1/2 % difference (better than no difference!). I do a good bit of cardio during the week, I run about 3 times, and I play touch rugby twice a week. I'm thinking about looking into starting lifting in June. Might do one session with a personal trainer just so I learn the right technique.

Anyway, the reason why I am posting this is to see the % body fat of other girls around my height and how they managed to reduce this percentage. I know the answer is diet and exercise . . . . . . but I'm interested in hearing other peoples stories.
