Hello! Anybody just building muscle?

Im a nice 124 lbs at 5'5". I dont wanna lose BUT I'm wanting to really tone/muscle up. I'm a barrel racer about to start my season and need to replace a little winter softness with muscle. I go by my calorie intake and pretty much come out even everyday but I'm not feeling very energized and feel like I need more energy. I do burn quite a bit everyday with horse relted activities and working out. I replace those calories with healthy intake but wondering if this app has me a little under what I need? Any advice would be appreciated and sonwould some legit friends. Thanks.
