Ok, not our best week, as a group we gained for the 1st time ever. Time to refocus. I have a feeling, we have a huge week coming up, lets make break our record. Congrats goes to Renae as our biggest loser!!!!!
So Renae, what is our challenge this week?
So for anyone who wants to join. This is the drill. During your 1st week, send me your starting weight, last Sunday's weight, and this week's weigh in (we do them on Sunday). All information must be sent to me by noon Central on Monday. All subsequent week's you just have to give me your current weight on Sunday.
This is an open group, and we love to have new people join. If you want to join, go ahead and start posting, tell us about yourself, we have been doing this diet thing a while and may be able to answer a lot of our questions!!!!

Thanks for the chart Jack.
Now that I am in the maintenance mode, I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of +1 -1, +2 -2, etc... I am not complaining by any means, but it will certainly be a challenge for me not to lose my focus.

Thanks Jack.....I agree we need a big week of loose this week. I am re-focused that is for sure.....I also joined a "Biggest Loser" group on here....They add to their challenge every week...EGADS...this week we have 25 crunches, 25 lunges (each leg), 25 push ups, drink your water, and 5 fruits and veggies. I am one hurten' puppy this morning!!! But it is a good hurt.
So here we go.....let's all be losers this week!

Hi all. Not sure how I lost this last few weeks, since I totally fell off the wagon. This rain is depressing, and all we do is eat. Can't get out walking, and can't seem to find the motivation for the treadmill.
This weeks challenge for nutrition, will try to stay within calorie goal each day (this is one I have not been doing) and have at least 1 fruit, and for fitness, do 25 crunches, and then a super set of squats this is a hard one. First set do 12, the 10, then 8, then 6, then finish off with 16. And finish off with 25 bicep curls. This way we have abs, legs, arms.
Post each day if completed. I know for my self, I haven't done anything for weights, all I have managed to do is the odd walk when it isn't raining.0 -

Yes, do one set, rest for 30 secs, do another set, etc untill all 5 sets complete.0 -
Hi all...I have been absent a lot lately. I am getting ready for vacation and will be gone this Thursday to next Friday. I went to my sister's banquet for Avon today. She made the Honor Society, which means she sold $20,000 of Avon last year! Of course, the meal was not very healthy. It might have been okay minus that big piece of chocolate cake but it was sooo good. My goal will be to get in some kind of exercise every day while at the beach; walking, kayaking, wogging, swimming, just something active. I will do my very best not to come back 10 pounds heavier like I have in the past. If I don't get on tomorrow, I wish you all a wonderful week. If I cross your mind this week, please say a prayer for our safe journey. We will be pulling the camper and I always worry a little. Thanks!

Tammy have a great vacation. Everyone deserves some "me" and "family" time. Enjoy it!!!
I did well today. Did all my exercises for the challenges, made it to curves, and made smart food choices. Hope it pays off on the next weigh in. I did cheat tonight and get on the scale.....yeay....159.5, so it is working I think!!!

Well yesturday I did my exercise challange, but failed at staying under cals. Today might me the same, had a bigger breakfast of pancakes, and tonight the hockey game is on, so who knows what I will be eating or drinking. I am heading out for my walk today in a bit though, and then will do my crunches, bicep curls and squats.
Only +10C here today, but it isnt raining. Weather has been very depressing, and we only got just under 1/2 of our crops in. They need spraying, but it is to wet. It has never been this wet here since anyone can remember.0 -
Good morning team! Not doing bad on this end this week, I'm happy to report. Only fall down was yesterday I was so busy at work, that I didn't stop, and then was starving at dinner time and had Walmart chicken!!! Didn't make it to curves and didn't go for my walk last night! Will hopefully get everything done today but have a board meeting this afternoon so I am hoping it doesn't last past five!!!!

Well not a great week. Still raining here. Doing good with exercise challenge but having trouble with the eating. Did get out for a 40 min walk yest, but it is raining today, so that is out, and can't seem to find the treadmill. All I want to do is eat junk and dwell on the weather. Harder to since hubby is stuck in the house, and is pigging out on everything lol. Just can't seem to find the get up and go.0

Having a better week on this end!!!! Thank Goodness! Got all my exercise in yesterday and stayed under calories.

Good morning team and hopefully it will be a happy weigh in for everyone! Mine was a lot better.....Thank Goodness! 158 this morning. Haven't been very good with the exercise this week-end, but plan to get back to it. It is a dreary day weatherwise around here, and I feel a lot better than yesterday, so I am hoping to get all my housework done!!!

Hello everyone,
Been a long week, between funeral food, and celebrating my wife's birthday, it has not been a good nutrition week. Anyway, today is a new day, and this is a new week. Need to get back into routine again.

Well I am back for a new week. Had a crazy weekend. This week won't be so good - we are going to the Farm Progress Show for a few days, eating and drinks wont be healthly lol. The sun has been shining here for 2 days in a row now, and we did lots of yard work yesturday. Going to get my hair done this morning, then will work on books this afternoon. Hope to get a walk in this evening when not so warm out.0
