In my food diary my goals have reset themselves to much higher, crazy high goals. When I went to change them back it seems correct there but when I go back into my food diary they are all incorrect. Anyone know how to fix this?

You're describing it adding in your exercise calories. If you're following MFP's goals, you're expected to eat them back (though not all). If you're following TDEE, then ignore them or record 1 calorie burned.

And now that I took a look at your diary to confirm it, you really do need to be eating to your goal.

I think I need to lower my calorie goal because as a type 2 diabetic I'm counting my carbs which for me is more important than my calories. When I reach my carbs I stop whether or not I've reached my goal. That being said I was under my carbs so I guess I do have to eat more.

You are inputing walking into MFP when you already get credit for it through your tracker. If you are going to input walking, count it as 1 calorie (cuz you're double dipping). Also do you have your enable negative calorie adjustment set??
They are changing based on the added exercise you are putting in and your fitbit is updating.

First, I don't even know what my enable negative calorie adjustment is! I've only been doing this a few days. Explain like I'm an idiot. Because I feel like one, lol. Second, are you are saying that with my Flex I should not put in the walking in my exercise diary because Flex in recording it? Because my goals changed again and they were OK earlier.

And yes, your fitbit is already tracking walking, running, elliptical. YOU would record: swimming, weights etc.
