I had the lapband done a few years ago. I reached my goal and have been maintaining pretty well. I had a slight unfill and am 23lbs higher that I would like to be. So I turned to my trusty tool MFP. I would like to follow some new friends. I find seeing what others are eating gives me great good ideas. Please send me some friend requests. Thanks!
