Sprained my neck

How does on even achieve a sprained neck? I have no idea. It happened in my SLEEP. FML. I have pretty limited movement in my right arm because of the pain in my shoulder and neck. My main exercise has been biking but the motion of keeping my head up while leaned over to bike really hurts. I have an old knee injury and my doctor has suggested I not run- so I basically need to find exercises that won't strain my knee and my head/neck/arms don't have to do much. DO THOSE EXIST?! I feel like I'm limited to walking, and maybe doing elliptical? Also, I'm going to be on muscle relaxers for the next week. Sigh. Any advice appreciated.

What about a recumbent stationary bike? Or even a regular stationary bike or banana handlebar citybike?
There's no shame in a week of walking. You'd probably get back to cycling with your legs feeling fresh and PUMPED!0
