Hi all!

I'm Zara I downloaded MFP back in September 2014. Mainly to help me keep a track of what I eat as I suffer from terrible migraines. But also to lose weight as I know I was a little on the unhealthy side.

Since joining I have lost 7lbs and aiming to get my weight down to at least 63kg. I haven't been dieting as such but mainly changed my eating habits due to my migraines and making sure I don't consume more than 1500cals per day. But I have cut out a lot of sugar and sweet items from my diet.

Exercise wise I usually walk to work 5 days a week which also helps me keep fit. Whilst doing the odd cardio session at home and SOME (by some I mean once a week! Lol

So that's my story hoping to meet and make some cool friends and share some stories.
