Posted on Monday night and while, I have exercised well this week, my eating habits have lacked. Not crazy bad, just bad :)

So Just for Today (Friday, January 16h Edition)
1. Go to gym --need to get cardio in
2. Log and stay within my allotment
3. Take a 20 minute brisk walk as there was a news story on NBC tonight saying how good it was! I know it's good, but now I have an actual study to prove it!
