Hello, I am Randy, and I am just starting with my diet. I am not getting much exercise at this time, but plan to add that in as we go along. I grew up an athlete in my younger years, and as work took over became more and more sedentary. I currently work 10-12 hours a day behind a desk and it has really added the weight to me. I like the My Fitness Pal app and believe it will be a valuable tool to me. So far I am not having a problem keeping my calories below the limit. I am enjoying the food I am eating and find I am getting enough to eat. Diet started January 5, and I weighed in at 253, at the 1 week weigh in I was down 7 lbs to 246, looking forward to this weeks weigh in.
