Shawn here, so from what i see on this app it has the easiest and best way to track everything that i need, I am 38 years old and want to put on some muscle but have been having trouble doing so due to the fact i wasn't eating enough. cant wait to see how progress turns out.

  • Good luck Shawn! I want to put on muscle too but I am afraid I am not getting enough protein to build the muscle. I wonder if there are any yummy protein bars.........
