Hello Fitness Pal friends! This is my second day logging exercise and food. It's very interesting to see what I consume on a daily basis. Just started with a trainer at 24 hour fitness. Been doing cardio the last 6 days, start strength training on Saturday! Doh!

This is my fifth day of logging food. I just joined a gym and look forward to building muscles while loosing fat. I feel way out of shape now but in a year from now I will be so glad that I started exercising today. So will you:-)0
