Support Challenge Group Starting 1/19/15

Hi there. My name is Theresa and I am a Beach Body Coach. I am always looking for people interested in weight loss and changing their lives forever. To be healthy for life. I run Challenge Groups every month. I am really trying to get a 3 month challenge going but that will be another time. Starting on Monday 1/19/19, I am seeking for individuals that want to keep at their goals and reach their ultimate destination of living a healthier active life. Let me just state first hand, I am not a Nutritionist nor a Personal Trainer. I just like to motivate others to be active.

Get this, it's free. All I need from you is commitment and daily check ins. Simple right. Just let us know you did your workout, need motivation to get your *kitten* in gear, and we will support you. If the gym isn't for you, there are plenty of programs online that are free. RealFitTv on YouTube has some great videos. I used them at some point. But I am a BeachBody geek. I want a schedule to follow. I want to know that each body part is being worked out and not the same one over and over again or I get bored very easily. Walking is great. Most of my walking is to and from work and then I try in between at lunch as long as it is not too cold out. Nothing like going for a 45 minute walk and then coming back to the office sweating. If you can buy a BeachBody program, then that is awesome. But if not, just staying active is good enough. Plus any size room works for a workout and if you are kids are big enough to play on their own, then so be it. But if they are too young, I understand. I at one point watched my sister’s kids while she and her husband were at work. I would pop in the good ol' Taebo video and workout. After a couple of times, my niece would join in with me. It's cute when they try and then when they are better than you, you want to try harder. So good luck on this New Year and hope that you meet and exceed your expectations.

So help me in reaching my ultimate goal for 2015 by helping you become a happier healthier you. The more active people the less crabby ones. Be realistic, are you a happy person when you do nothing day in and out? We need a little change in our lives. Let's help each other out. This will begin 1/19/15.
