So I had a minor medical procedure And was put on bed rest, and now on an activity restriction. I have a couple of weeks left. I am not allowed to lift over ten pounds nor bend over a lot.

Any suggestions on where to start when my restrictions are lifted or little things I can do now that make a difference?

Walking is good for a start. A nice brisk walk is good for you
  • Thank you. On my list for tomorrow. A short walk is better than no walk, right?

    That's an excellent question.

    For your treatment team.
  • What treatment team? I live in Alabama. Doctors administer a fix and leave you to figure everything else on your own. Unless you have impeccable insurance, which I don't. Hell, we don't even do postpartum pregnancy check ups right around here, but thanks for your genuine concern and very insightful advice.
