about a year and a half ago i decided that i was goi g to lose weight after the doctor told me if i gained anymore being 77.8 kg that i would get type 2 diabetes so i began to drink more water and got rid of unhealthy fizzy drinks and i cut out fast food and ate more salads but then i began to not eat but snapped out of it and i lost 24 kg and now weigh 57,6 kg and feel so proud.
