    You have taken the first step to curbing your sweet tooth just by noticing that sweets are your 'go to' thing. Without that step it's not possible to take the next step, finding alternatives that fit in with your calorie and macro goals.

    There is nothing wrong with any food or drink in moderation, it's just about fitting what you enjoy into your day.

    I like sweets as well! I plan sweets as part of my daily diet. Since I know I will have some, I don't have to "sin" for that.
