Hey everyone,
I am new here and to calorie counting in general. I am 28 years old and nursing my 8 month old. MFP gives me a calorie limit of 1700 but supposedly nursing moms need an extra 500 a day to keep up supply? A healthy baby is obviously the most important but I want to turn 30 at a normal healthy weight! Also, I will be working out at least 3-5x a week. I am 5'8 starting at 260 and have a goal of 190 and then will go from there. Hoping this will work for me! Add me if you'd like to encourage each other!
