It's My Year!

Hi everyone! I have never cared about my weight before, but now it is affecting my health. So I decided this was the year I am going to care about my weight. I am starting slow. First step is I bought a recumbent bike. I have a bad back so that is why I went with that. I used to exercise when I was younger just for fun but not to lose weight or anything like that. So I just have to get the habit back up. Calories in is going to be the hardest for me. I do not eat a lot but and we have made many changes to healthier foods over the years or so, but I have never worried about calories before. Plus I have a horrible pop addiction. Anyway, posting because I just signed up with this site and I am trying to get into the habit of being on the website.
