am i on a good trak????

I've been eating my right calories of 1990 a day sometimes less then that, and I work out for 40 to 60 minutes for 3 times a day. I do ab workouts and a little arms and also walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes. I just wans be sure it's gonna be possible I lose weight in 6 months??????? Am I on a good start?
