Hi, I joined last week. I lost 2lbs by logging on MFP and am so happy that it work! I would like to find friends to support and motivate each other. I am in my 40's and need to lose 40lbs. I hope to have an incredible summer 2015, wearing shorts, swimming and feeling fit and great.

Hi I'm Tammy, Started kicking boxing and strength training six days a week , three of each for 45 minutes, I'm 49, 170 lbs and 5'-3". I started on Monday, did Tuesday sick with a cold on Wednesday and back at it today, I'm sore as hell, No pain no gain.0
