Hi, I joined last week. I lost 2lbs by logging on MFP and am so happy that it work! I would like to find friends to support and motivate each other. I am in my 40's and need to lose 40lbs. I hope to have an incredible summer 2015, wearing shorts, swimming and feeling fit and great.
Want to join me with the goal of having an incredible summer, and spring too. It's important to enjoy life and love yourself as you are in the present moment.

  • Hi I'm Tammy, Started kicking boxing and strength training six days a week , three of each for 45 minutes, I'm 49, 170 lbs and 5'-3". I started on Monday, did Tuesday sick with a cold on Wednesday and back at it today, I'm sore as hell, No pain no gain.
  • Hi There. I'm Nina, also in my 40's also trying to lose 40 lbs. Would like to send a friend's invite. My goal is to lose 25 by my son's HS graduation (end of May 2015) and the rest by August 18 2015 (family reunion).
