Soda the enemy! GRR.

I lost 65 pounds last year and other than gaining 5 pounds over 8 months I was doing pretty good at maintaining weight. BUT about 7 weeks ago I got back into the bad habit of what made me gain weight in the first place,SODA. Within these last 7 weeks I gained 10 pounds. WHAT! That's what I get for forsaking my best friend , water. Haha. I have done real well for two days now, with no plans of touching soda again. Anyone else had big weight gains for just adding soda to there diet, or should I be talking to doctor? I know it's a numbers game so soda can cause weight gain, but two soda a day . We I walk the trail of my state park, with hills, for an hour daily, plus literally chase my kids all day. I just don't understand that big of a weight gain. Any opinions, or experiences?
