hi everyone I am sum what not able to run due a broken elbow but am missing running ... Want to but without it hurting

    I can understand your pain. Am at the latter end of a torn calf muscle and the urge to get running again is extremely strong. You're best bet is to have patience. The last thing you'd want is to run and somehow damage your arm further, such as falling over or banging it on something. Then the time between your last and next runs will be even longer.

    Yeah true have done too much this week without my brace on so put it back in stops hurting lol
