Hi everyone :)

I'm 28, from the UK and am hopefully graduating this yr as a mature student. I have approx 100lbs to lose, have Hypothyroidism and am married to my best friend :)

I've used mfp before but had no idea there was a community - woohoo! I'm re-starting my weight loss journey and hoping this is going to be for life so starting small.

Some of my goals are:-
-no more takeaways/fast food (so far 16days :D )
-no fizzy drinks
-keep an eye on sugar
- limit crisps to 2 a day
-minimum 30 minutes of movement a day (not including walking that's part of commute)

Then I will reevaluate and increase the goals after 6weeks.

Would love tips, ideas, support and motivation to keep going even when my thyroid is slowing down progress (my biggest downfall! as well as crisps - I swear I'm addicted!)
