Hey everyone,

Would anyone know any decent daily recepies (quick and easy to prepare as I don't have time to cook)

I want to maintain 1600 calories a day but have a balanced diet (I'm doing allot of training at the moment also.
So something high in protein)

Any advice would be welcome.
