hello A few weeks ago I changed my diet for a raw till 4 diet I'm happy I don't feel the cravings anymore and I have lost so far 2 kg
I eat loads of fruits some veggies and some starch and I can do it through the day without feeling hungry
Has anyone from here try it

I did high raw low fat vegan for a while, also 30bananas a day. That was 2 years ago. I found it unsustainable as I have a family to feed, but we are all still vegan.0
-
But will it be sustainable?0

Seems like it could work as a different way of doing IF, if you don't go wild with the fruit. Too inflexible for me, but seems like it might work for some, at least if you can make it fit your family life.0

I did raw food vegan for a while, and I felt great eating that way, but it wasn't sustainable, because it was just too expensive.0

That banana girl idiot makes me scared for vegan raw till 4ers.
Eating that way seems as bat-poo insane as she is.0 -

If I followed raw then that's 190 calories = 47.5g of protein. Is that enough for a 34 year old male that participates in resistance training?
Not for me, but there are those who think that more than 10% is harmful to the body. Until I started tracking, I had no idea how abysmally low my protein was. I now supplement with a protein powder and am finding I have way more energy. Go figure.
PS, I'm a 35 yr old overweight woman who currently does no training.
Asking a vegan where they get their protein is usually a touchy subject. I swore up and down I was getting enough. Some tough love from an MFP friend steered me right.0 -

LOL, not in New England, either. They don't sound remotely similar to me except that they both have one syllable. (And my northern New England relatives make "four" sound like it has more than that!) Are people reading "Raw" backwards or something? I can't imagine them sounding the same!

I had never watched one of her videos, but after seeing her mentioned a few times in the forum I decided to look her up to see what the fuss was about.
A few seconds looking around on her page, I found this:
Day 1: What and Why I feed my dogs VEGAN food
NOPE. Nope nope nope nope nope.

What I want to know is what does "Raw till 4" rhyme with? Please tell me I just missed the sarcasm tags.0

Oh, goodness "Faw?" I hadn't thought of that, I kept mouthing "Roar til Four?" I swear, I can brain real goodly.0 -
Roar and raw are pronounced the same in most accents
Personally, I wouldn't bother with it, OP. It's just another fad diet, and not even one that has good macros for most people0 -

Exactly. According to the dictionary pronunciation (at least websters) they do not rhyme. I was so confused for a second lol.0 -
So the whole time reading this thread I've been trying to say "Raw till four" in different accents to see the difference in words/rhyming0
