Hi everyone, my names Amie. I bought Charlotte Crosby's dvd last week, and I'm just curious to what I put down for the exercise bit? I do the whole 60mins. It starts with a 10min warm up, then goes onto proper cardio for 36 minutes, and then does 10minute cool down. I have just been putting it down as general aerobics. Just looking for opinions or wondering what other people put down if you do it?

    Hi Amie - Did you ever get a response on this as I am wondering too. Have you had any results from this DVD? Ive been doing it 3 times a week for about 2 weeks and really enjoying it
