I love to eat and it's starting to show!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and am really trying to stay motivated to eat better and begin an exercise routine. I started using this site at the beginning of the year and am hoping to lose about 20-25 lbs just so I can feel better all the way around. I am a mother of 4 grown children and work crazy hours, or at least have been for the past 7 months, to the tune of 84 hours a week. It's been a real eye opener to actually account for the food that I have been putting into my body. As of yet I haven't lost any weight but I am hopeful that if I can hang in there it will start coming off.
