Losing the weight- again

hi everyone! So about a year and a half ago, I changed my diet and lifestyle dramatically. In doing so, I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for almost a year until I got sick. When I was sick, I didn't want to do ANYTHING! I was uncomfortable moving around at all, I felt bad for myself, so I fell back into my old habits. After noticing how tight my jacket had gotten and all my clothes, I weighed myself on New Years Day and discovered I gained every last pound back! I can't believe I let this happen! So now, I'm on a mission to lose this weight again and stay motivated to keep the healthy habits no matter what to keep it off. I like to take walks and exercise outside alone, but I live in Wisconsin so this time of year is rough for that. I get out for a walk when I can. Right now, I'm focusing on my eating habits- breaking the bad habits. Next week, I am adding on regular exercise. I'll just take it one day at a time :-)
