Ive been doing this routine on and off the past couple months. Jillian Michaels kicks my butt! Curious who else does this work out and what kind of results youve gotten? Ive noticed an improvement in the shape of my legs and butt and my belly fat Is just starting to vanish. Still have my muffin top. I had a baby back in August so ive been working really hard losing the baby weight. Also feel free to add me too.

I've tried this 1 off and on but enjoy her burnish fat boost metabolism video. Its longer but I like the layout better. After working out for 4 months now and this video still kicks my butt.0

Before I quit exercise for some health reasons, I was alternating this with Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism for a strength day alternating with cardio. Both are great!0
