What are the best workouts for reducing your mid section. I have what I have seen called a *Muffin Top*. I do cardio 3 days a week and strength 3 days a week. But really would like to know what is the best for helping to reducing my mid section.

    jolenee421 is right. Not only can you not spot reduce, but abs are made in the kitchen.

    Diet does have a huge impact on tummy fat. Sugar being a main culprit. One of the many resources I discovered in the beginning of my journey was South Beach Diet. It is a really good start, especially explaining how fat accumulates around the mid section.

    Again, South Beach is only one resource and is not a be all, end all.

    I definitely encourage you to strengthen your core, and from there, seriously consider strength training into your regiment. Bulding a bit more muscle also helps burn fat.

    While there isn't a magic way to get rid of that dreaded area (I have a muffin top too) - cardio is great, and working on your core to strengthen everything can't hurt either. Eat well and healthy and exercise.
