Green smoothie

180 g cucumber (I peal because it causes me bloat)
54 g Spinach (Fresh leaf)
102 g avocado
58 g celery
400 g almond milk (2 cups)
6 g pea tindrals (or other micro greens)
2 cups water (For a thicker smoothie, 1c water & 1 cup ice)
124 g orange (1 orange peeled)
2 packets of monk fruit powder
(Flaxseed optional)
Makes 8 cups (3 - 16 oz glasses)

Each serving - 20 carbs, 9 fiber = 11 net carbs, 14 fat, 4 protein, 200 cal

Blend until all the bits are smooth. Best to drink it up and don't save in fridge as it will continue to lose nutrient the longer it sits in the fridge.
