Help! Trying to cook low calorie meals without soy, nuts and cheese!

Stir fry. You can add anything you want to it but the basics are veggies and a lean protein with rice or noodles. Skip the soy sauce and just season with garlic, onion and ginger.0

You can find tons of great recipes online that are nut and dairy free. Just google "vegan" and whatever recipe you're looking for. You can always leave out nuts or cheese from most dishes. I don't eat soy at all and am primarily gluten free, we have a diabetic in the family and my daughter is allergic to eggs and dairy. As you can imagine that makes it challenging for family meals. LOL! Mostly I cook whole foods (lean proteins, fresh veggies with rice or quinoa). Polenta is another good carb option if you can eat corn.0
