What weight loss plan did u lose more weight from and was best for you. Watching calories, weight watchers, low carb, ecs.

    I just watch my calories & exercise works great for me (profile is my proof).

    Watching calories and WW is the same... one is just converted into points. I do best with other around me doing the same. I lost 30lbs (over 5 years ago) with WW... I think because it was an at work program and EVERYONE was doing it. Everyday I've been coming to and participating with the community board and it has really helped to motivated me!

    I count calories.. .eat what I want and lose.. .its a win win :)
