    I am judging you,

    Simply for being in the position of still needing support so close to your goal. It will take a lot of focus and dedication - maybe even more than me in my double digit goals- your speed bumps may cause you more instant grief.

    Alas we are on the same path, different speed, different distance, same machine!!

    What goal did you set for MFP? With only 5lbs to lose, a modest goal of 0.5lbs will be better for you in the long term.
  • 2370 cal per day. I always finish way below and im very active. Gym and such. Why .5lbs?
