It's how many times a person has been flagged for Spam or Abuse.

Visits seems to be the number of times you've logged into the forums. At least, mine goes up by one each time I've had to actually enter my password.

Do I have -19 or is that just a dash. I'm sad that I'm doing so bad that I'm negative...

Also, what does it mean when it says I 7 visits?

It means you have been flagged for Spam or Abuse 19 times. That's pretty good in my opinion. Means nothing anyway it seems since the flagging system is crazy. USMCMP has like -200 or something and she is nothing but cordial in her replies.

Visits are how many times you have visited the forums. If you have it set up to remember you though, that won't be accurate.

Ah, considering I'm on here all the time, I was rather confused.

Yeah, the bell only works if you have notifications. If you don't have any yet, you can go here to see your points: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/profile/notifications

I've been wondering the same thing. I haven't seen, or been notified of, any of my posts having been flagged.

This is an old thread. Points have been updated recently. Now, any post marked as "Like" "Awesome" or "Insightful" will give you positive points. You can no longer see the number of posts you have marked as "spam" or "abuse" (I assume it's to stop people from asking to have those flags removed?). Even so, you'll never receive a notification or warning about those flags unless a moderator views them and deems the post to be a violation of the guidelines. Don't worry about them otherwise.
