Flat Belly Diet

Has anyone tried this lifestyle change tool? I am not thinking of it as a diet as you get 1600 calories to eat and I just want to know if anyone lost weight off the recipes and I guess just information they provided in it? I am not looking for a fast fix :), just want to add some new foods in my life and just want to know how it worked for anyone else!

thanks!!

1600 calories is 1600 calories. Eating specific recipes will not speed up weight loss compared to a different 1600 calorie diet.

As far as losing weight goes, as explained above 1600 calories is 1600 calories no matter what it is. From my experience you can lose weight eating utter crap, now gaining a flat belly while eating utter crap is another story.. If these said recipies are healthy for you, and if you're hitting your macros right, well then again, from my experiance, your belly will get flatter. I dont eat any specific kind of food, usually eat what I want and keep it healthy most the time, and within my marcos. Works for me.
