    Hey! My biggest piece of advice is log EVERYTHING. I'll have really bad days where I go over my calories by almost double. Logging it is painful but it helps me see if there are any patterns to when/what/ why I eat what I do. You can friend me if you want. I wish you the best with your journey :)
