Bilingual: Must I choose a language?

I've only been using the site for a couple of days, and just discovered that there are community forums in Spanish at community.myfitnesspal.com/es/

I can read over there, but it doesn't seem like I am allowed to post. I see a note asking for a login or a new registration. Are fora in different languages entirely separate? Can we not participate in multiple fora in different languages with one login?

I am equally comfortable in both languages...

    Just use your login. Fora need a separate login instance than the general website but you can use the same user/password. I've posted in the French, German and Spanish communities. Sin problemas.

    Thanks everybody! Apparently the key is not to have both sites open at the same time. :)
