I don't have a cheat meal. If I didn't have Celiacs disease I would probably eat Pizza.

There's no such thing as a cheat meal  I just fit it into my plan - but I include more soft serve ice cream than most dieticians would approve.

had it tonight, pizza, salad, wine, and some chocolate. Only put me a bit over my goal as I did a long workout. Enjoyed every second of the workout and the meal!

I personally don't refer to something as a cheat meal, but I would destroy a large order of pad thai right now with spring rolls. I moved 6 months ago to a place that does not have any thai food. The struggle is real.

20 Baked chicken wings coated in BBQ and Worcestershire sauce, a piece of chocolate fudge cake and 1/4 of a whole watermelon. also lots of water to start killing all the oils, salts and sugars i consumed. I normally have a cheat day/meal once a week. Its a good reward after a good week of weight loss and exercise.

Sure have and couldn't tell the difference. If you find a pizzeria that makes a good gluten-free pie, you won't be able to tell it's GF.

I don't do cheat meals, because that suggests I'm doing something wrong. I eat what I want and make it fit in my allotment, or log it and move on.
